The NW Pilates studio is open from 7 a.m. through 8 p.m. on weekdays and from 8 a.m. through noon on Saturdays; the studio is closed on Sundays. The studio is fully stocked with pilates-specific equipment, from a PPS System machine to a Wunda Chair. There is also ample wooden floor space for mats, and clients are encouraged to bring their own to a session.

The owner of NW Pilates Elizabeth Roisland developed an interesting in physical training and instruction at the age of 18. There are one-on-one sessions, the most popular option among NW Pilates‘ clients, and a handful of class options. Most classes are limited to four students, though there is a $15 mat pilates class with no set restriction on the number of students who will join the workout.
